The development and the expansion of the market of aquaculture products is supported by different strategical movements as the publicity to be done and the quality standards that aquaculture must keep in order to rely on the quality and delivery of their products. This work explains different marketing data and strategies that Greek and Mediterranean aquacultures may consider towards an optimal development of this sector.
