Legal aspects of aquaculture in Italy

Panunzio P., Iandoli C.

In fact the rules and the relating applications of the competent authorities is one main problems of the aquaculture development in Italy. Only a specific normative and a reduction of bureaucracy will be able to increase the actual aquaculture production.
