In Algeria the certification programme for the sanitary improvement of citrus nursery productions is regulated by phytosanitary and phytotechnical rules; in particular, the administrative and technical procedures, the trueness-to-type and phytosanitary controls at each certification phase are presented.

En Algérie, le programme de certification pour l'amélioration sanitaire des agrumes en pépinière est régi par des règlements phytosanitaires et phytotechniques. En particulier, certaines procédures administratives et techniques, la conformité variétale et les contrôles phytosanitaires à chaque phase de la certification sont rapportés.
