Les principaux résultats des négociations du cycle d'Uruguay

The results of the Uruguay Cycle negotiations are contained in the final Act signed on April 15, 1994 in Marrakech by the Ministers for the countries having taken share with the negotiations. The final Act includes 28 agreements and the protocols containing the concessions made by the countries having taken part in the Uruguay Cycle. This article summarises the principal results of these negotiations concerning the institutional framework, the access to the markets and the legal rules.
