Le volet agricole de l'accord de Marrakech

After having presented the contents of the agricultural agreement of Marrakech, the article examines the prospects which it opens. None of the two possible scenarios (trust euro-American or ' fair ' competition) makes it possible to expect the return to an expansion of the production and exchanges stable and also distributed between the countries exchanging.
