Conservation des Eaux et du Sol (CES) en Tunisie. Invervention des pouvoirs publics et stratégies paysannes : un éclairage économique

Bachta M.S.

The present paper starts by enhancing two results. The first one is in relation to the seriousness of the erosion problem and the second concerns the low efficiency of the public intervention aiming to control this problem. Differences in views on the socio-economic actors concerned about water and soil conservation is the principal factor which explains the level of efficiency. The multicriteria method is suggested to reduce these differences and to improve wherever the efficiency of the different intervention of water and soil conservation. The request of a given method in such Tunisian conditions, has to be well analyzed.
